In the event there is an error in our online pricing, you will be notified within three days of shipping, and the order can be canceled if you do not want it. If you see a lower price on another website for any item, send us the link and we will match that price if possible. LG gallery is a secure shopping site, and we never charge your card until your merchandise is shipped.

· We ship UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS and use the most professional packaging available.

· Gift wrapping is free- just ask for it!

· While delivery times do vary with each manufacturer, if items are not in stock, please allow six to eight weeks delivery time on most furniture, linen, and china orders, You will be notified at the time of your order.

STOCK If the item (s) you have ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If your item (s) is not in stock, we will notify you of expected delivery times and email you with the information. You will not be charged until your order has shipped.

RETURNS:

All returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. You will be given a full refund, or store credit, whichever you prefer. Special orders require a 50-% deposit, and may not qualify for the return policy. Furniture ordered with C.O.M. is not returnable.

· Order cancellation

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

We at LG Gallery make every effort to fill your order in a timely manner. When your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation. When we ship your order, you will be sent the tracking number. If some unforeseen delay occurs, you will be notified and given a cancellation option.

Sales Tax: Only Nevada residents will be taxed.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on lggallery.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

	If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
	If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before Shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
